Where you fit in

The record matters.

All evidence is supported by testimony, and depositions are where that testimony is captured for the record. At trial, witnesses can't be called and evidence can't be introduced unless it was legitimately captured. Depositions happen whether a case goes to trial, settles before trial or goes to arbitration, so your record matters every time.
