• TREAT EVERY ASSIGNMENT LIKE LIVE WORK: In QD, cover pages, practice transcripts, and graded transcripts are training-by-doing; use the correct template and formatting; submit all assignments before the deadlines.

• STUDY YOUR FEEDBACK: Review QC notes in your ICPM Feedback Dashboard and email; address patterns immediately so each submission improves. Implementation of prior feedback is key to your success.

• GRADED FILES = ONE SHOT: You cannot resubmit graded files; target is fewer than 11 error points; make each graded transcript your best work.

• GRADUATION REQUIREMENT: Pass two graded files to exit QD; a third attempt may be offered at Team Lead discretion if one graded assignment has a failing score; consistently high error counts can lead to termination; aim for accuracy and apply every piece of feedback.
