We know that any transition brings questions. That is completely natural. Our goal is to make this process as clear, thoughtful, and supportive as possible while we learn more about your current workflows, client needs, language requirements, systems, and day-to-day processes.
This FAQ is intended to serve as a resource for all transition-related information and questions. It will be continually updated as move along and additional details are confirmed. Some information and answers will evolve as we move through the process together and learn more about each other, but our first priority is to communicate clearly, preserve continuity, and support you every step of the way.

International Reporting, Inc., has been acquired by Veritext Legal Solutions. As part of this transition, certain client work, operational processes, and support functions will begin aligning with Veritext over the coming months.
For now, the most important thing to know is that active work will continue without interruption unless you are specifically instructed otherwise.
You should continue supporting the assignments, clients, and proceedings you are currently handling while we work through the transition in an organized and thoughtful way.
The professionals who have supported International Reporting, Inc., bring incredibly valuable experience, client knowledge, language capabilities, and subject-matter expertise. Those strengths matter, and they are part of what makes this transition so important.
The coming months are all about aligning operations, systems, communication, and support within the broader Veritext structure while continuing to recognize the important work the International team performs every day.

Veritext works with a large network of independent court reporters, transcription professionals, videographers, interpreters, and other legal service professionals. We are committed to supporting the highly-skilled professional in the room, protecting the integrity of the record, and providing clients with reliable, secure, and defensible litigation support services.
In short: This is a process, and it will take time.
Our teams will spend a significant amount of time learning all about current International workflows, systems, client requirements, language needs, and operational practices. Any changes to systems, contacts, templates, payment processes, assignment procedures, or workflows will be communicated as clearly and transparently as possible long before they take effect.

Cohort training begins. You’ll move through the program alongside a group of your peers with guidance from Peneo, Victoria, Lily, and Tom!
Support is available throughout the process. Trainers, local teams, and Veritext resources will be there to help you every step of the way.
